New Workshops

On-line and Off-line Marketing

MADT is working with established training provider The Learning Curve to deliver a series of marketing workshops for small businesses operating from home in the Marlborough Community Area.

The first workshop was held at Marlborough Golf Club and proved successful and valuable for delegates.

More workshops are being held in Aldbourne and Burbage in June/July, details are in the Diary.

Marlborough Town & Country Fair -
There will not be a Town & Country Fair in 2008, thank you to everyone who has contacted the MADT office with queries about stands. No news is yet available about proposals for an event in 2009 but we shall keep you posted.

We Love Marlborough

MADT has recently announced its support of the We Love Marlborough initiative which aims to provide a cohesive marketing approach to the promotion of arts & culture events taking place during July.

The first event Lonely Arts brought together the culture and business sectors of the community for a 'speed networking' evening supported by MADT on Thursday March 27th.

The event introduced members of the business community to artists, with a view to promoting corporate sponsorship of the arts at a local level.
